The 2020 US Open began Monday, August 31st, and was played at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, New York. We’ve tracked the odds of every player involved leading up to the event, and have charted them below in a series of easy-to-follow graphs. Each graph has been generated by averaging the odds from multiple sportsbooks to give you a better sense of each player’s true chance of winning the 2020 US Open.

The 2019 final saw Nadal defeat Daniil Medvedev by a score of 7-5, 6-3, 5-7, 4-6, 6-4.  It was the first time reaching the finals in a major for Medvedev.

Though Medvedev came up short in the US Open Final, it was still a banner year for the Russian, winning four singles titles in 2019, after he had previously won three in 2018.
