The Premier League is back on May 11th for another round of midweek fixtures. More specifically, four games are set to kick off on Wednesday afternoon, that have implications all over the table.
The league leaders Man City, who are being closely trailed by Liverpool, are tasked with a tough trip away to the Molineux Stadium. Wolves have not been in great form recently, but a late draw against Chelsea last weekend will give Kopites hope that the title race has not finished.
Conversely, three teams in the bottom five spots of the table will be involved on Wednesday. In fact, Watford, who have already been demoted to the Championship, will take on Everton at 2:45 pm ET. The Toffees are flying with two wins on the bounce and will look to take a massive step to safety.

Leeds vs Chelsea Prediction
The first game of the afternoon is between Chelsea and Leeds, and it could not possibly be more enthralling.
After being up in the Premier League for two years, Leeds now face the dreaded possibility of going down.
Since Leeds have been up, they have lost twice to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge and drawn once at home. If there was ever a time to face the Blues, it would be right now. Actually, Thomas Tuchel’s side has just one win in their last four. The competition lately has been high, but a second half calamity against Wolves was glaring to say the least.

There are rumors of rows in the dressing room and Tuchel even canceled their off day to hold team talks. We know Leeds will press high and for that reason, I expect a handful of goals. The over on 3.5 total goals has hit in two of their three head-to-head matches and in 40% of Leeds’ Premier League matches this season.

Pick: Over 3.5 total goals (+160)
Watford vs Everton Prediction
Next, an already relegated Watford take on Frank Lampard’s Everton.
All you have to do is watch Everton lately, and you will see a change. Stats aside, you can see the passion, hunger and drive in this club, from players and fans both, to stay up. That has translated to positive results for the Toffees, as they have taken points off of Man United, Leicester City and Chelsea recently.
This is Everton's first away goal win since AUGUST.

Anthony Gordon for one, has to be considered a young player of the season. Also, Richarlison has been a danger in the last couple of matches and could add to his twelve Premier League goal contributions.

In all fairness, Watford have lost six in a row and there is only one hungry dog in this match.
Pick: Everton +0.75 (-117)
Wolves vs Man City Prediction
Finally, Wolves host Man City in an effort to derail their title dreams.
Pep Guardiola’s side still have to play West Ham and Aston Villa after this match. But, I would argue that Wolves, away from home, could be their most likely chance to slip.

Remember, Wolves have a top-four defense in terms of goals conceded thanks to the likes of Jose Sa and Conor Coady. While Man City can look forward to Erling Haaland next season, they still play with more of a false nine. Inevitably, the Wolves defense will frustrate them.
Moreover, this Wolves side will remember their successive victories against Man City in 2019.
Still, Man City are a robotic machine that rattles off 5-0 victories after Champions League heartbreak. As a result, I expect Wolves to hold Man City within a decent margin.
Pick: Wolves +1.75 (-115)
