He was also the main reason they found another just minutes later, smashing a cross off Jules Kounde which deflected into the net. While Raphinha ultimately equalized for the Catalans, ten Hag’s men held their own versus a bitter rival.

To be frank, it’s been a miserable campaign for Leicester, a club that is typically within the top half of the standings at the very least. Instead, the Foxes are 13th and Brendan Rodgers somehow still has a job. On a more positive note though, they’re improving.
Last Saturday’s victory over Spurs was their third straight, also defeating Aston Villa in league play and Walsall in the FA Cup. The goals are flowing for Leicester right now as well, netting eight times in their previous two EPL fixtures.
Rodgers’ squad went down early against Tottenham but fired back with three goals before the halftime whistle, with Nampalys Mendy, Kelechi Iheanacho, and James Maddison all producing the goods. Harvey Barnes added insurance late in the second period, too.
