- Boston Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask remains the favorite to win the Conn Smythe
- Jordan Binnington has the best odds for the St. Louis Blues
- Who is the best bet?
The Boston Bruins and St. Louis Blues will collide in Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final on Wednesday, June 12th at 8:00 p.m. to decide who wins the Cup.
The series has been a close one with various players stepping up for both teams at crucial times. However, it has not changed much in terms of the Conn Smythe Odds as Boston Bruins goaltender Tuukka Rask remains the favorite, with Blues goalie Jordan Bennington and forward Ryan O’Reilly also in the mix.

Although it has been a close series, the odds have changed slightly since before the Stanley Cup Final started.

Why Have the Odds Changed?
Before the series began, Tuukka Rask was a slight favorite to win the cup at -120 and has now gone to -160. Meanwhile, Ryan O’Reilly and Vladimir Tarasenko’s odds have only improved, which could be due to people believing the St. Louis Blues will win.
Why O’Reilly’s odds have improved is simple. The forward has been arguably the best player for the Blues in the playoffs as in 25 games he has 21 points, including two game-winning goals.
For Rask, there is no question that if the Boston Bruins wins the Stanley Cup he will win the Conn Smythe.
For Rask, there is no question that if the Boston Bruins wins the Stanley Cup he will win the Conn Smythe. The goaltender has been tremendous all playoffs beside a few shaky starts against the Toronto Maple Leafs. In the end, the odds have been changing as bettors see value on different players depending on who they think will win the Cup.
Is Rask Worth Betting?
If you believe that the Boston Bruins will win the Stanley Cup, then there is no question you should bet Rask to win the Conn Smythe. Although he is -160, if you pair that with the odds for the Bruins to win the Stanley Cup those odds are -165. If you are betting Rask you might as well bet the -165 for Boston to win as the only way Rask wins the Conn Smythe is if the Bruins win Game 7 and the Stanley Cup.

Really, no other player on the Bruins has played better than Rask. He deserves to win the Conn Smythe, and the odds reflect that.
Which Blues Players Are Worth Betting?
Every St. Louis Blues player is plus money which is a good sign for bettors if you believe St. Louis wins the Stanley Cup in Boston in Game 7. They have looked good, but it is much closer to pick who will Conn Smythe for the Western Conference team. Ryan O’Reilly has had a ton of success but I believe Jordan Binnington is still the favorite to win the Conn Smythe, and at +300 odds, the value is there.
Meanwhile, if you believe Binnington wins the Conn Smythe then you should also take St. Louis to win Game 7 at +149 odds, that way you make more money for your bet.

In the end, it is safe to assume that the goalie of the winning team will win the Conn Smythe.
Pick: Tuukka Rask (-160) and Jordan Binnington (+300)
