Texans vs Chiefs Prop #1: Dalton Schultz Receiving Yards

For the campaign, no team allows more yards per game to tight ends than the Kansas City Chiefs (74.6). The Texans will look to exploit that with Dalton Schultz, whose line is 34.5 for this affair.

He’s been able to reach that milestone in two of his last five duels, with twice him getting into 60+ yards against Detroit and Jacksonville, and another time gaining 33 yards. Given the Chiefs’ struggles to defend tight ends, it’s an area the Texans can exploit to get Schultz his yardage total.

  • Texans vs Chiefs Prop Pick: Dalton Schultz over 34.5 receiving yards (-115); risk 1 unit at DraftKings

Texans vs Chiefs Prop #2: Isiah Pacheco Rushing Attempts

With Patrick Mahomes coming in with a mild high ankle sprain, it would stand to reason that the Chiefs would want to alleviate as much pressure on him as they can. Enter running back Isiah Pacheco, who will compete in his fourth contest since missing nine outings with a fractured fibula.

After carrying the ball a modest seven times in his return to action, the last two games has seen him taking 14 and 13 handoffs. The Chiefs like running the ball, as they’re eleventh in the NFL with 27.9 rush attempts per game. They also rushed it 35 times last weekend against Cleveland.

  • Texans vs Chiefs Prop Pick: Isiah Pacheco over 13.5 rushing attempts (-120); risk 1 unit at DraftKings

Texans vs Chiefs Touchdown Scorer Props

Player Odds to Score 1st TD Odds to Score Anytime TD
Joe Mixon (HOU) +500 -120
Isiah Pacheco (KC) +600 +115
Travis Kelce (KC) +900 +165
Nico Collins (HOU) +1000 +165
Kareem Hunt (KC) +1100 +245
DeAndre Hopkins (KC) +1200 +235
Xavier Worthy (KC) +1200 +245
Tank Dell (HOU) +1500 +290
Dalton Schultz (HOU) +1800 +330
Noah Gray (KC) +1800 +350

The Texans’ Joe Mixon has the shortest odds to find the end zone first at +500 and has the smallest odds to record a TD at any time at -120.

Texans vs Chiefs Prop #3: Nico Collins Anytime Touchdown Scorer

Nico Collins has played the last four games after missing five with a hamstring injury. In his last three outings, Collins has posted three TD’s, including two last weekend against Miami.

For the campaign, he’s found pay dirt six times in ten duels. That’s double the amount of Stefon Diggs, the next closest teammate in receiving TD’s. His odds to record a touchdown at any time is +165, which is longer than the top-two choices on the board (Joe Mixon, Isiah Pacheco), so selecting Collins brings some value.

  • Texans vs Chiefs Prop Pick: Nico Collins anytime touchdown scorer (+165); risk 1 unit at DraftKings Sportsbook
