With kick-off at Super Bowl 57 now just days away, the Philadelphia Eagles continue to hold steady as 1.5-point favorites over the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl odds.
But while there has been little movement on the point spread for Sunday night’s matchup at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, the total has continued to inch up, climbing to 50.5 in the Super Bowl 57 odds.

Current Super Bowl Odds
It comes as little surprise that the point spread has remained largely unchanged since the Eagles quickly moved to 1.5-point chalk in the Super Bowl odds. Philadelphia and Kansas City stack up well against each other after finishing the regular season with identical 14-3 SU records.

That said, it is important to note that the Eagles have dipped to a -110 bet to cover the 1.5-point spread after opening at -118. The total opened with -114 odds of going OVER 48.5 and has been steadily on the rise ever since.
The climb to 50.5 reflects what have been solid offensive performances by both these teams of late, with the Eagles averaging 34.5 points per game in their two playoff wins, and the Chiefs scoring 30 or more three times during their current seven-game SU win streak.

Of course, Eagles’ pivot Jalen Hurts arrives in the desert for a date with destiny. In just his second season as an NFL starter, Hurts has elevated this team to the top of the NFC. However, it is tough to overlook the relatively easy road that Philly enjoyed on its way to Sunday’s contest. The Eagles enjoyed the easiest schedule in the NFL during the regular season, and have also been shined on in favorable playoff matchups.
