- There are 13 games to still be played in Week 16 of the 2024-25 NFL season, meaning plenty of opportunities for NFL parlay legs
- I am betting two different NFL parlays in Week 16: one longshot NFL parlay with 142-1 odds and one higher-probability parlay
- Check out my two Week 16 NFL parlays below
With three games already being played in Week 16 of the 2024-25 NFL season, it leaves 13 games across Sunday and Monday for me to choose from for NFL parlay picks. After spending hours meticulously going through all of the NFL betting markets for Week 16, I have come up with two NFL parlays I am playing. One is a longshot 142-1 parlay and the other is a higher-probability parlay. Both options satisfy most NFL parlay bonuses available too!
I hit two of the five legs in my longshot parlay last week, making a small profit if you bet them all as singles as well. I didn’t submit a higher-probability parlay last week, but I have brought it back for Week 16!
Longshot NFL Parlay for Week 16
Parlay Legs | Odds |
---|---|
Saquon Barkley 120+ Rushing Yards | +235 |
Anthony Richardson Anytime TD | +137 |
Bengals -13.5 | +164 |
Bijan Robinson 125+ Rushing & Receiving Yards | +135 |
Jauan Jennings 80+ Receiving Yards | +190 |
TOTAL 5-LEG PARLAY | +14214 |
My longshot NFL parlay for Week 16 has five legs and goes for +14214 odds at bet365. This is by far the best sportsbook to place this wager with, as all other are a fair bit lower in payout. A $5 bet on this parlay would win $710.72 and return $715.72.

I’m getting this NFL parlay started with Saquon Barkley to rush for 120+ yards. Barkley has hit this number in six of 14 games this season, which includes three of his last five. Looking to the two he came up short over his last five, they came against very tough run defenses in the Steelers and Ravens. One of those games where he did go over came against the same Commanders defense he’ll face in Week 16. Barkley rushed for 146 yards when they played in Week 11. I don’t think Washington’s defense is any better than they were then, and I like the Eagles to be playing with a positive game script.
Next up is an Anthony Richardson touchdown. I discussed this pick in my Week 16 NFL TD picks.
The third leg of my longshot NFL parlay is an alternate spread: Bengals -13.5. Cincinnati’s offense has been great over their last six games, scoring at least 27 points in each of them, and reaching 38+ in two of those games. What makes that stat even more impressive is who they have played in that stretch. They have dealt with some tough defenses in the Steelers and Chargers. I don’t think Cleveland’s defense is any better than either of those two units, and I don’t think Dorian Thompson-Robinson can keep up. He’s not a good quarterback and I think he’s going to struggle in spite of the Bengals’ defense being awful.
The next leg is Bijan Robinson for 125+ rushing and receiving yards. Robinson has only hit this number in five of 14 games, but all five of those instances have come in the last eight weeks. With rookie Michael Penix Jr starting his first game of his pro career in Week 16, I think the Falcons will lean on their star RB to try and make things easier for their QB. I like Robinson to see plenty of handoffs against a Giants defense that allows the second-most yards per carry, and also believe he will be heavily involved in the passing game too.
The final leg of the parlay is Jauan Jennings for 80+ receiving yards. The 49ers will be down to Patrick Taylor at running back, as Isaac Guerendo has been ruled out, and Deebo Samuel has just not been himself this season. Jennings has been Brock Purdy’s go-to receiver, either leading the team or being the co-lead in targets over each of their last six games. Jennings has surpassed 80 yards in three of those contests, with the misses being a game Purdy didn’t play, a game played in heavy snow, and a game played in pretty heavy rain. Sunday’s game in Miami has a slight chance of rain, but it isn’t expected to be bad.
Higher-Probability Week 16 NFL Parlay
Parlay Legs | Odds |
---|---|
Lions Moneyline | -310 |
Khalil Shakir 40+ Receiving Yards | -240 |
Bucky Irving 50+ Rushing Yards | -230 |
TOTAL 3-LEG PARLAY | +168 |
My higher-probability NFL parlay for Week 16 contains three legs and comes with +168 odds at FanDuel. You can play this for a pretty similar payout at bet365 as well, if you’d prefer.

I’m starting this NFL parlay off with the Lions moneyline. The Bears have been a disaster since firing Matt Eberflus following their Thanksgiving clock mismanagement that cost them the game against Detroit. I think the second matchup between the two teams will go a lot worse for Chicago. I am very confident Dan Campbell will have his squad motivated after their loss to the Bills last week.
The next leg in the parlay is Khalil Shakir for 40+ receiving yards. Though Shakir has failed to hit this milestone in two of his last three, he has recorded 40+ yards in ten of 13 games this season. The Patriots rank 27th in net yards allowed per pass attempt. The spread in this game suggests Buffalo will be playing with a positive game script, but I like Shakir to hit this number before the Bills take their foot off the gas.
The final leg of my higher-probability NFL parlay is Bucky Irving for 50+ rushing yards. Irving has accomplished this feat in four of his last five games, with the outlier being a game he left early due to injury. He takes on the Cowboys in Week 16, who rank 29th in yards allowed per carry. I’m not buying into this Dallas defense turning things around much simply because they held the Panthers and Bengals to minimal yards on the ground. Irving should have no problem hitting this number.
