Prop #1: CeeDee Lamb Receiving Yards
Lamb made a minimal impact for the Cowboys last Sunday when they barely escaped as big favorites with a 27-23 victory over the lowly Houston Texans.
Lamb had just five catches for 33 yards. It was his second-lowest yardage total behind 29 on just two catches against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 1.
However, Lamb has exceeded 100 yards in two of the last five games. He has had at least 68 yards in nine of 13 games this season.
CeeDee Lamb Receiving Last 5 Games
Game | Receptions | Yards | Touchdowns |
---|---|---|---|
12/11 Texans | 5 | 33 | 0 |
12/4 Colts | 5 | 71 | 1 |
11/24 Giants | 6 | 106 | 0 |
11/20 Vikings | 5 | 45 | 0 |
11/13 Packers | 11 | 150 | 2 |
The Jaguars have struggled to defend the pass, ranking 28th among the 32 NFL teams. Their suspect secondary figures to have a hard time stopping Lamb, who should be motivated after last week’s poor performance.
Look for Prescott, who has +15000 NFL MVP odds, to get Lamb involved early and often.
Pick: CeeDee Lamb Over 69.5 Receiving Yards -115 (1 unit)
Prop #2: Trevor Lawrence Passing Yards
Lawrence is coming into his own in his second season. He is living up to his pedigree as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 draft following a rough rookie season.
The Jaguars firing coach Urban Meyer and replacing him with Doug Pederson this year has proven to be a great move. Lawrence is thriving under the tutelage of Pederson, a long-time quarterback guru.

Lawrence has thrown 10 touchdown passes in the last five games without an interception. He has not been picked off in his last 181 attempts, which is the longest streak of Lawrence’s career.
Even though the Cowboys have the second-best pass defense in the league, it’s hard to bet against the ever-improving Lawrence. It’s instructive to note that he has not been sacked in six of the Jaguars’ 13 games this season.
Pick: Trevor Lawrence Over 251.5 Passing Yards -110 (1 unit)

Odds as of December 17th at BetMGM.
Tony Pollard, Ezekiel Elliott and Travis Etienne are all odds-on favorites to find the endzone Sunday.
Prop #3: Ezekiel Elliott Anytime Touchdown
Running back Ezekiel Elliott is now No. 2 behind Tony Pollard on the Cowboys’ depth chart.
However, Elliott is still the Cowboys’ go-to back with the game on the line. His 2-yard touchdown run with 41 seconds remaining lifted Dallas to victory last week.

Elliott has scored a rushing touchdown in six straight games. It is the second-longest streak in Cowboys’ history. Emmitt Smith set the franchise by scoring in each of the last 14 games of the 1995 season, including the playoffs.
Against the Jaguars, who are 27th in the NFL in total defense, Elliott should reach the end zone again.
Pick: Ezekiel Elliott Anytime Touchdown Scorer -110 (0.5 unit)
