Sunday afternoon, two NFC West rivals do battle, between the 1-1 Arizona Cardinals and 2-0 San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 1:05 PM PT / 4:05 PM ET on FOX and San Fran is the favorite in the NFL odds.
The 49ers roll out Brock Purdy and Christian McCaffrey, while the Cardinals answer with Jacoby Brissett and Trey McBride. Here are my favorite NFL player props picks for Sunday’s affair.
Cardinals vs 49ers Player Prop Picks
Christian McCaffrey Over 100.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards (-104, Kalshi)
The 49ers’ lead back turns this divisional matchup into his personal highlight reel, and that dominance extends far beyond this season. McCaffrey has eclipsed 100.5 scrimmage yards in eight of his last nine career meetings against the Cardinals, averaging 140.9 scrimmage yards per game in that span. In his four full games against Arizona since joining San Francisco, he has racked up 177, 187, 140, and 121 total yards, clearing this line by at least 20 yards every single time.
His dual-threat role provides an unmatched volume floor, as evidenced by his ten-catch, 15-target outing in their last head-to-head meeting. Facing a vulnerable Arizona front that surrendered 126.9 rushing yards and nearly 370 total yards per game across the entire 2025 campaign, McCaffrey is in prime position to cruise past this total once again.

Trey McBride Over 7.5 Receptions (+144, Kalshi)
Trey McBride continues to command elite receiver volume when operating outside of Glendale. Over his last eight road contests dating back through last season, McBride has drawn double-digit targets five times, averaging 8.5 receptions on 10.9 targets per game away from home. He has recorded at least eight receptions in five of his last eight starts overall, showing a consistent target ceiling that few tight ends in football can match.
San Francisco’s defensive front forces opposing quarterbacks to get the ball out quickly to underneath safety valves, making McBride the central engine of the Arizona passing game. That was on full display in their last meeting, when he hauled in ten of eleven targets for 115 yards against the 49ers. Getting +144 odds on this is awfully intriguing.
Jacoby Brissett Over 1.5 Passing TDs (+186, Kalshi)
Jacoby Brissett’s knack for throwing multiple touchdowns on the road is backed by a proven multi-season track record. Since stepping in as Arizona’s starter in 2025, Brissett has tossed at least two touchdown passes in six of his last seven road starts. Overall, he has thrown multiple touchdown passes in eight of his last eleven starts under center.
When these two teams clashed in Week 11 last campaign, the Cardinals completely leaned into the passing game, allowing Brissett to complete 47 of 57 passes for 452 yards and two touchdowns. With Arizona likely needing to keep pace against San Francisco’s high-powered offense, Brissett should see ample red zone passing volume to justify backing multiple scores at +186.
Trey McBride Anytime Touchdown (33¢, Polymarket)
Backing McBride to find paydirt is strongly supported by his matchup history against San Francisco and his commanding red zone role. McBride enters this matchup having scored a touchdown in three consecutive games against the 49ers, finding the end zone in Weeks 3 and 11 of 2025 as well as Week 18 of 2024.
Additionally, McBride has served as Brissett’s top read inside the 20-yard line, hauling in seven receiving touchdowns over Brissett’s last eleven starts with Arizona. At a 33¢ market price (roughly a 33% implied probability), this line significantly undervalues a player who has scored in three straight meetings against this exact defense.
