No, it’s not the premise of a new reality show, but it is the harsh new reality facing LaMelo Ball, who just signed a contract to play for Prienai-Birštonas Vytautas of the Lithuanian Basketball League.

The low-level team doesn’t have a GM, or a regular practice schedule, and it pays players just $500 per month (when it pays them at all).
