Embiid’s injury has lifted Tyrese Maxey’s point prop to 24.5, the highest of any Philadelphia player on Saturday. At first glance that may seem lofty, especially considering he’s sharing the court with James Harden, but there’s a great case to be made it’s actually not nearly high enough.

Odds as of April 21st at DraftKings Sportsbook.Â
NBA Player Prop #1: Tyrese Maxey Over 24.5 Points and 2.5 Threes
Maxey’s usage and efficiency go through the roof with Embiid off the court. His usage skyrockets from 17.6% with Embiid, to 28.3% without him.
With the Process in the lineup, Maxey averages a respectable, but unspectacular 27 points per 100 possessions. When Embiid is not on the court, that number climbs to 35 points per 100 possessions.
Tyrese Maxey had 25-pts and 5 3-pointers to lead the 76ers to the tight victory.
He now has the most games with 5 3-pointers in 76ers playoff history.

Maxey was already having a great series with Embiid on the court, but now that he’s sitting expect a monster performance from the third-year guard. He’s fresh off 25 and 33-point efforts in Games 2 and 3, shooting 11-of-21 from three.
The Kentucky product has buried at least three triples in all three postseason games so far versus the Nets and was 8-of-17 from beyond the arc in three regular-season tilts against Brooklyn.
NBA Player Props Picks: Tyrese Maxey Over 24.5 Points (-125), Over 2.5 Threes (-145)
Prop #2: Dennis Schroder Under 6.5 Points
Our next target is Dennis Schroder, who’s seen a steep decline in playing time in the playoffs. Schroder is averaging 12 fewer minutes per game in the postseason compared to the regular season and has been a colossal disappointment offensively.
Schroder has taken just eight shots through Games 1 and 2, making only two of them. He’s not a part of the offensive game plan, instead being used in a defensive specialist role. With Anthony Davis and LeBron James taking the majority of the shots, plus the emergence of Austin Reaves’ game, there isn’t much need for scoring from Schroder.
Dennis Schroder is probable for Saturday's game against the Grizzlies.

Also working in favor of our fade is the Achilles injury he’s dealing with. It’s likely not serious enough to keep him out of the lineup, but it will have him operating at less than 100 percent.
NBA Player Props Pick: Dennis Schroder Under 6.5 Points (-115)
