Usman vs Edwards 3 Odds & Predictions
Kamaru Usman is without a doubt one of the most dominant UFC champions in history. Prior to his astonishing loss in August, Usman had not been defeated since 2013. The “Nigerian Nightmare” has vanquished some of the greatest welterweights in UFC history in dominant fashion. Usman has beat up on the likes of Demian Maia, Rafael Dos Anjos, Tyron Woodley, Colby Covington (x2), and Jorge Masvidal (x2) along the way.
Usman is known for his relentless wrestling and ground and pound, but he has also developed a powerful striking game in recent years. Unfortunately for Usman fans, he got caught with a devastating head kick at UFC 278.

On the other hand, Leon Edwards has quietly made his way up the welterweight rankings. Edwards has not lost a fight since 2015 and has overpowered some tough opponents, including Rafael dos Anjos, Donald Cerrone, and Nate Diaz. The head kick heard round the world merely showcased his talent to the world.

This fight promises to be a battle of two very different styles. Usman will look to use his wrestling to control Edwards and wear him down with his ground and pound. Edwards, on the other hand, will look to keep the fight standing and use his superior striking to once again pick apart Usman from a distance.
While Edwards shocked the world with his win over Usman last summer, it’s tough to see him pulling off the upset again. Usman has shown tremendous improvement in his striking game and his always suffocating wrestling will be on full display at UFC 286. Unless Edwards can catch Usman with another stunning head kick, it’s hard to see him winning this fight. Bet on Kamaru Usman to retake his title at UFC 286.
UFC 286: Usman vs Edwards 3 Picks: Kamaru Usman to win (-240), Kamaru Usman to win by KO/TKO (+350), Kamaru Usman to finish the fight in the 4th round (+2200)
Gaethje vs Fiziev Odds & Predictions
UFC fans are in for a treat, as the co-main event of UFC 286 features a thrilling lightweight matchup between Justin Gaethje and Rafael Fiziev. Gaethje is known for his aggressive striking and powerful leg kicks, while Fiziev is a skilled Muay Thai fighter with a very dangerous striking game.
Gaethje is coming off an ugly submission loss to former UFC lightweight champion Charles Oliveira. The American looked alarmingly sluggish at UFC 274, and was clearly second-best in the cage that night. Fiziev, on the other hand, has wracked up six straight wins since dropping his UFC debut in April of 2019. The Kyrgistani-born fighter knocked out Rafael Dos Anjos with a nasty left hook in his last appearance in the octagon.
This fight promises to be a striking battle between two of the best in the world. While both these fighters are known for their stand up games, Fiziev’s striking is on another level. Throw his Muay Thai highlights on Youtube and take in just how talented “Ataman” really is. Bet on Fiziev to win this fight in spectacular fashion.
UFC 286 Co-Main Event Pick: Rafael Fiziev to win (-240), Rafael Fiziev to win by KO/TKO (+150)
