- Take a look at some of the best available player props for Friday’s contests below.
We’ve got another strong slate of Major League Baseball on the docket for Friday afternoon. Below, we’ve found some of the best player prop bets for Friday’s 15-game slate, including props for strikeouts and home runs.
There are several heavy hitting matchups, such as Twins vs. Guardians and Orioles vs. Mariners. Without further ado, let’s get into the picks.
Best MLB Strikeout Props to Bet
Prop (Game) | Odds |
---|---|
Zack Wheeler over 6.5 Ks (PHI vs. WAS) | -140 |
Simeon Woods Richardson under 3.5 Ks (MIN vs. CLE) | +105 |
Max Fried over 4.5 Ks (ATL vs. SD) | -145 |

The odds above may not be too appealing for both Wheeler and Fried, but they’re both very likely to hit and then some. Wheeler, one of the top strikeout pitchers in the league, is facing a struggling Washington offense that ranks near the bottom of the league in batting average, hits and most other offensive statistics.
On top of that, Wheeler gets the advantage of playing in Philadelphia. The last time Wheeler was under this total at home was all the way back in March against the Braves – a top 10 team in avoiding strikeouts. Wheeler is -140 per DraftKings and -145 on BetMGM.
As an opposite to Wheeler, Simeon Woods Richardson is facing a strong Guardians team that, like the Braves, is very strikeout averse (5th best in the league). He did perform well against Seattle in early May, but SWR also posted just 4 strikeouts in 8 combined innings against the White Sox and Blue Jays, with his latest start against Toronto being especially brutal. Odds via BetMGM.
Fried’s odds are high to hit this total, probably because it’s almost comically low. He’s struck out at least 5 in 4 straight starts, including against the Dodgers and Mariners. In all 4 of those starts Fried made it to at least 6 innings and only allowed 1 run combined. Again, this number is just way too low. Odds via Fanatics.
Best MLB Home Run Props to Bet
To Hit HR (Game) | Odds |

Shohei Ohtani (LAD vs. CIN) | +250 |
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (TOR vs. TB) | +425 |
Aaron Judge (NYY vs. CWS) | +200 |

Shoehei Ohtani is as strong of a candidate to hit a home run on any given night, regardless of opponent. But it’s made a little sweeter with the fact that Frankie Montas just gave up a home run last outing and struggles against power hitting teams. +250 odds available on BetMGM.
Guerrero is facing a leftie in Tyler Alexander who just gave up 3 home runs to the Yankees and a home run in the game prior as well. He hasn’t set one out of the

If you’re not convinced either of the above can leave the yard on Friday, Judge is another candidate. The Yankees are facing the White Sox – the worst team in the AL – and Judge will start out against Mike Clevinger, who has pitched just 6 innings this season and gave up a long bomb in his last outing against Cleveland.
For reference, Judge has hit 2 home runs since Clevinger last saw action (May 11). Fanatics has the best odds for this particular prop at +200. BetMGM sits at +195 with DraftKings at +190.
