It’s the new popular game on Twitch, built into the League of Legends client, it’s an auto chess-like game mode based off of regular LoL.

So far in the game’s infancy there have been a few players that have managed to put themselves into the conversation as the best in the new game, one of them being the favorite to win out at Twitch Rivals, DisguisedToast. Is he truly the best bet to come out on top at Twitch Rivals? Or is there a better bet that offers more value further down in the odds table?
The Top Dogs
Heading into the Twitch Rivals Teamfight Tactics Showdown, I would say there are two players that have a very good chance of taking home the first place prize; DisguisedToast and Dog. Both are players that have shown in the early days of TFT that they are on that upper echelon and are deserving of their spots at the top of the odds table.
DisguisedToast has consistently been one of the top streamers on Twitch for Teamfight Tactics due to his high level play, with thousands tuning in at any given time to see the best in the game do it. So far in the short life of TFT, Toast has cemented himself as the one to watch similar to what Shroud did when PUBG originally came out. He did manage to place second in a smaller Teamfight Tactics tournament that was put on by pokimane, where he fell to the other player to watch at Twitch Rivals, Dog.

Having already taken a TFT tourney on the year, Dog comes into Twitch Rivals with all the confidence in the world to take home the first place and the lion’s share of the $125,000 prize. The Hearthstone pro has shown early on that he is one of the best in the game, probably due to his history playing similar games professionally.
He stands a very good chance of taking a second tournament win on the year, with a considerable amount more money on the line at Twitch Rivals, and with the slightly better odds than DisguisedToast, Dog should be seriously considered to come out on top.
Value Picks to Win at Twitch Rivals
There are a few other players that could very well find themselves taking home the top prize come tournaments end that offer a lot more value than the players I have already highlighted as threats to win out at Twitch Rivals.
A few players that I would at least look at would be Scarra and Shiptur. Both are former professionals in League of Legends and have been playing a ton of TFT since its release. If anyone else stands a good chance of coming out on top in the first Twitch Rivals tournament, a former pro in the game its based off of may just be a good bet if you’re looking for more value.
Pick: DisguisedToast (+375)
