The 2025 College World Series will from May 30th to June 22nd or 23rd with the best-of-three final series in Omaha, Nebraska, as it has been since 1950. The 64-team field was revealed earlier today and the table below lists the CWS national championship odds for all the teams still in contention.

Arkansas heads into the 64-team tournament as the +475 favorite, giving the Razorbacks a 17.39% implied win probability. LSU (+650) and Tennessee (+700) round out an all-SEC top three.

The last time a team not in the SEC won the College World Series was 2018, when Oregon State captured its third national championship, beating Arkansas in the best-of-three final.

The top team in the odds that’s not from the SEC this season is fourth-favorit North Carolina (+950), which has been the class of the ACC all season. UNC trounced Clemson 14-4 in the ACC Tournament final.

The Tar Heels are the only team among the top-eight CWS betting favorites that’s not from the SEC.

Oregon (+1800) is the top team from the Big Ten, while TCU (+3500) leads the charge for the Big 12.

The regionals will start this Friday, May 30, at 16 sites across the country.

Vanderbilt (39-16) enters the tournament as the #1 overall seed, though the Commodores were only #9 in the most-recent D1Baseball.com poll, which listed LSU (42-13) at #1, Texas (42-11) at #2, UNC (39-12) at #3, Oregon (41-13) at #4, and betting-favorite Arkansas (43-12) at #5.

Vanderbilt’s #1 seeding is largely due to the Dores winning the SEC Tournament, beating Ole Miss in the final.
