  • The Sweet 16 Round of the 2025 NCAA Tournament finishes up on Friday, March 28
  • FanDuel gave us a No-Sweat Token to use so I think we should use it on a Sweet 16 parlay

The Sweet 16 round of the 2025 NCAA Basketball Tournament wraps up Friday night which means one thing: Gambling. In order to properly take this thing in, we’ll need some action. It’s just the way it is. In our defense, it is Friday, and Friday is by far the best night to get a little action in. We’ve had a long week at work, so it only makes sense that we unwind a bit by betting on teenagers throwing a ball at a hoop.

No matter how you slice it, that sounds amazing. Lucky for us, FanDuel has given us a boost for all this action. My favorite way to use these things is by parlaying one early game with one late game. The action can go on all night like that. Feels right.

Two-Leg Parlay+499 (With Boost)

Today, I’m targeting two ambitious but attainable overs in Ole Miss vs Michigan State (7:09 pm ET tip-off) and Michigan vs Auburn (9:39 pm ET tip-off), which both take place at State Farm Stadium in Atlanta. With the FanDuel boost added in, this two-leg parlay has +499 odds, meaning a $499 profit on a $100 bet if both legs hit.

Sweet 16 Parlay Leg #1 – Ole Miss vs Michigan State Over 146.5

Big games call for big performances. We saw it last night in all of the Sweet 16 games and we’ll see it again tonight. That’s just how being on the big stage works. It’s glorious.

And as far as big games go, this one is the biggest in Ole Miss basketball history.

Last night we saw the Alabama/BYU game go way over the total due to pace and shot-making. It was beautiful. They ran up and down the floor a million miles per hour and then made shot after shot causing that game to fly over the total. We’re not going to get that out of Ole Miss and Michigan State but we should still get an over.

Neither of these teams play fast but they don’t play slow either. On top of that, both are top 25 in adjusted offensive efficiency in the country. They know how to score. We just saw Ole Miss drop 91 on Iowa State who had one of the better defenses in the country. Our best move is to jack this total up and take an alt over on FanDuel. Feels right.

Sweet 16 Parlay Leg #2 – Michigan/Auburn Over 156.5

Both late games are nasty so we can’t go wrong from an entertainment standpoint. No matter which one we watch, we’ve got a number one seed fighting for their lives. That’s magic.

The one that we’re going to focus on is playing in their “backyard”.

The Auburn Tigers were the number one seed going into this thing. They can do it all. On the season, they had the nation’s third-best offense and 11th-best defense. That’s what they call a “recipe for success” on the streets.

Tonight I’m thinking the offense is on display. They’ll see a team in Michigan that just lit up Texas A&M for 91 points while only shooting 43% from the field. All we need to happen is for the Wolverines to flash a little of that offense tonight. Once that happens, we’ll see both teams get into the 80s. Feels easy.

  • The Bet: Michigan/Auburn Over 156.5 (+142) – Fanduel
