It’s shaping up to be one of the best weekends ever in college hoops. Each of the number one seeds are still standing as the Final Four tips off, with Florida and Auburn squaring off first at 6:09pm ET at the Alamodome, in San Antonio.

There’s plenty of ways to bet this marquee matchup, including in the player props market. I’ve compiled my two favorite bets below, so keep reading for analysis, plus the odds for every player prop currently on the board.

The Gators Walter Clayton Jr. boasts the highest points prop at 20.5, followed by the Tigers Johni Broome at 19.5. The ladder is someone we want to fade tonight, due to his long list of injuries, and the suffocating Florida defense.

Florida vs Auburn Player Prop #1: Johni Broome Under 19.5 Points

Let’s start with Broome’s nagging injuries. He sent Tigers fans into a full-blown panic in the Elite Eight, exiting with an elbow straight as the game hung in the balance.

From afar, Broome’s body language suggested his March Madness run might be over. Ultimately, he returned, in Paul Pierce-like fashion, to help Auburn seal the victory.

This wasn’t the first time he’s been banged up this season. In addition to the elbow issue, he’s also hyperextended his knee, and is dealing with a wonky shoulder. Broome was held out of practice early in the week, but claims he’ll have no limitations. Perhaps that’s true. Even if it is, he still has to deal with the Gators.

Florida has four players that stand north of 6’9″ to throw at Broome. That group is led by Alex Condon, who has a relentless motor. The former Aussie Rules Footballer is a versatile defender, who fights for every inch of the court. I’m confident Florida will force the ball out of Broome’s hands, and make Auburn’s mediocre jump shooters try to beat them.

When Broome does get a chance to put the ball up, success will be tough to come by. The Gators’ defense ranks top-20 in opponent 2-point and 3-point field goal percentage, and 10th overall in defensive efficiency. Give me under 19.5 points for Broome tonight.

Florida vs Auburn Player Prop #2: Alijah Martin 2+ Threes

As for the Auburn defense, it’s no slouch either. They rank 8th in defensive rating and opponent effective field goal percentage. Their prime focus will be shutting down Walter Clayton Jr., who’s in the running for the March Madness MVP.

With so much attention devoted to Clayton Jr., other Gators are going to have to step up. My bet is on Alijah Mitchell to splash at least two triples. Martin’s a 35% shooter from long range, averaging six attempts per game this season. He’s no stranger to spikes to his three-point volume, with three outings of 12+ attempts this season. I think we’re in line for another one of those games tonight.

I’ll make 2+ threes at -116 odds my official play, but I’ll also add a sprinkle on Martin ladders. 3+ triples pays +290, while 4+ threes pays +750.
