The Florida Gators (35-4) and Houston Cougars (35-4) will meet in the final game of the 2025 NCAA Tournament tonight at 8:50 pm ET at the Alamodome in San Antonio. The Gators and Cougars were the second and third-favorites when the tournament began, trailing only Duke, and they head into the title game almost even in the eyes of oddsmakers. Below, see my final update on the Florida vs Houston odds (spread, moneyline and total) plus score predictions from the top analytics sites and details on how to watch all of tonight’s action in San Antonio.
Florida vs Houston Odds
As illustrated by the opening Florida/Houston odds, the spread is the same as it was when the line first opened on Saturday night, as is the total, with the moneyline moving ever-so-slightly in Houston’s favor.

But that doesn’t mean the odds have been static of the last 48 hours. At most sportsbooks, the moneyline was a pick’em at certain points on Sunday before coming back towards the Gators on gameday.
The total was also bet up as high as 142.0 and has now come back to the 140.5 number it opened at. But based on the Florida vs Houston public betting splits, I don’t expect that to hold. The public is hammering the over, which is a good indication the number will tick back up before tip-off.
Florida vs Houston Score Predictions
This is one of the rare matchups were the three main college basketball analytics sites have significantly different predicted outcomes. All three like Houston to win, but KenPom has the margin at just a single point; the Cougars (+36.71) and Gators (+36.33) have nearly identical Net Ratings at KenPom.
Haslam give Houston a little more cushion (1.6-point margin of victory) while Torvik is by far the most-bullish on the Cougars, projecting a semi-comfortable four-point victory for Houston (71-67).
Torvik was the only site that rated Houston higher than Duke (and this projected a Cougar victory in the Final Four). Though the manner of Houston’s win didn’t inspire a ton of confidence. The Blue Devils were running them out of the building, leading by 14 (59-45) with just over eight minutes to play. Duke still had a nine-point lead in the final two minutes before completely imploding.
The sites also disagree on the current O/U of 140.5. KenPom has the total going 2.5 points over while Torvik has it 2.5 points under. Haslam, which uses decimals instead of rounding like the other two sites, has it just eking out an over on 140.5 by 0.9 points.
