Warriors vs Rockets Game 5 Odds & Series Price
Houston has opened as a two-point home favorite against the spread in Game 5 and a -130 on the moneyline, which is a 56.52% implied win probability. Golden State is a +110 road underdog (47.62%). The total has gone up 2.5 points from Game 4, from 202.0 to 204.5.

The Rockets took a seven-point lead into halftime on Monday (57-50) but Golden State immediately went on a 13-0 run at the start of the third. Houston would battle back to take a 101-97 lead but a late -0 run would put the Dubs on top for good in a 109-106 win.
For the first time this series, someone other than Steph Curry led the Warriors in scoring; Jimmy Butler battled through a pelvis injury to score 27 points, while Brandin Podziemski added 26. Curry had just 17 on 6-of-13 shooting.
Houston wasted a brilliant night from veteran point guard Fred VanVleet, who scored 25 points on 8-of-11 from beyond the arc. Alperen Sengun had a game-high 31 points and 10 rebounds for the Rockets but was just 12-of-28 from the field.
Warriors vs Rockets Series Scores
Game 4 was the first game in the series to go over the total. The teams combined for 115 points, smashing the series-low total of 202.0 points. Dating back to the regular season, Houston/Golden State games are now 2-7 O/U this year.
The Houston/Golden State series price now favors Golden State at -1000, with the Rockets at +680 to win three straight. Only 13 of 288 teams to go down 3-1 in a best-of-seven series have come back to win, and no team has done it since the 2020 Denver Nuggets (who did in both the first and second rounds). Houston’s +680 price tag amounts to a 12.82% implied win probability, which is nearly three times as high as the all-time win rate of teams down 3-1 (4.5%). Golden State’s -1000 odds equal a 90.91% implied win probability.
