It’s Wednesday, which means baseball all day long. We’re talking a million day games, followed by a handful of night games. Honestly, people won’t say this outside of their own homes, but Wednesday might be the best day of the week for baseball. Think about it. We get to sweat dinger bets for an entire day starting right after lunch. It’s glorious. Word to the wise, get this thing in as soon as you see this because the first guy has a game starting at 1:10 pm on the east coast. Obviously, we can grab something live, but we don’t want to miss out if he parks one on the moon in his first at bat. We’ve all been there and it stinks. Let’s go!

Wednesday Home Run Parlay Leg #1 – Pete Alonso to Hit a Home Run

I’m not telling you anything you don’t already know here. Pete Alonso hits dingers. The guy already has three to start the season, and I’m sure he’s going to add many more to that total before this year is over.

I mean just look at this guy.

The thing with Pete is, his home run total looks lower than it should be. On the season, he’s hit 20 balls 100+ mph which leads the major leagues. Saying that he is crushing the ball at the moment is an understatement. He’s killing it.

Today he’ll see Max Meyer who is a long-ball enthusiast. He gave up 14 home runs last season in just 57 innings of work which is crazy. One of those dingers was to Alonso on a ball that hasn’t landed yet. There is no way Pete should be +390 today. Feels easy.

Wednesday Home Run Parlay Leg #2 – Brent Rooker to Hit a Home Run

We won’t have to wait long after Pete goes deep because we’ve got Brent Rooker’s game starting at 3:35 pm ET. That’s literally noon on the West Coast so this thing should be cashed by dinner for everyone involved. That’s my favorite way to operate.

The haters are going to say to not be so confident but we’re banking on Brent Rooker here. The man hits bombs.

The other thing I like about Brent is the fact that he’s a day guy. What I mean by that is, he does his best work during daytime hours. Don’t believe me? Last season, the guy lead MLB in day-game home runs with 22. Gotta respect a guy that gets it done early.

Today he’ll see Randy Vasquez who isn’t really a dinger guy, but isn’t really not a dinger guy at the same time. He gave up 13 dongs in just 98 innings of work last season which isn’t terrible but it isn’t great. Rooker has seen him three times in his career and has an average exit velocity of 106 mph against him. I think he goes deep today. Feels right.
