NBA Parlay Pick #1: Knicks -1

Kicking off our Tuesday parlay is the New York Knicks -1 over the Boston Celtics. This matchup at the Garden features the East’s second and third seeds, but several factors point to the Knicks taking care of business.

The Knicks (50-28) have been hot lately, winning their last three home games. New York’s 116.1 points per game has been 8.5 points higher than the 107.6 points the Celtics typically allow, suggesting they can crack Boston’s usually tough defense.

The Celtics (58-20) have already locked up the second seed in the East and have zero to play for, making it likely they’ll sit key guys like Tatum and Brown, who are both listed as questionable. Keep an eye on OG Anunoby, who’s been lighting it up for the Knicks, drilling 3.2 threes per game over his last 11 while shooting a scorching 46% from downtown.

MSG will be rocking for this Atlantic Division showdown, and the Knicks need this win way more than the Celtics do. Expect New York to come out hungry and handle business against a Boston squad that’s mentally checked into playoff mode already. The 1-point spread is a gift we should snatch up.

NBA Parlay Pick #2: Thunder -15

The Lakers (48-30) will probably rest several key players since they’ve already locked in their playoff position. Last time these teams met, the Lakers surprisingly demolished the Thunder by 27 points, which gives OKC plenty of motivation to return the favor at home.

With their lockdown defense (107.2 points allowed, second in NBA) and explosive offense (120.3 PPG, fourth in NBA), the Thunder should cruise to a blowout win here. I’m confident they’ll cover that 15-point spread without breaking a sweat.

NBA Parlay Pick #3: Spurs +13

To round out our NBA parlay, I’m rolling with the San Antonio Spurs to cover as 13-point underdogs against the Los Angeles Clippers. While the Clippers are heavy favorites, this line is just too fat for a Spurs team that’s shown some fight down the stretch.

The Spurs (32-46) have been surprisingly decent bets in April, going 8-4 ATS in their last 12 April games. Despite their rough record, they’ve hung tough in many contests and tend to keep games closer than oddsmakers expect.

The Clippers (46-32) have been solid, going 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games, but they’re likely to rest some stars with the playoffs around the corner. My model projects a final score around Clippers 119, Spurs 107, which keeps this well within our 13-point cushion.

Look for the Spurs to keep this one competitive throughout, possibly making a late push to shrink the margin in garbage time. Getting 13 points with a scrappy, young Spurs squad is just too good to pass up.
