College Football Futures

Updated:

The College Football regular season is one of the shortest in all of sports, spanning from late-August through (typically) early-December. They do tack on another six-to-seven weeks with Bowl season and the College Football Playoff, but it’s still a short season. This makes College Football futures markets all the more important, and, thankfully, most of these markets are open nearly all year.

We have tracked College Football futures markets since as early as 2017 and plan to continue doing so as long as they’re made available at sportsbooks. So, whether you’re wanting to look back at how a specific futures market has changed over the course of the season, or are ready to place a bet, we have you covered with our pages below dedicated to tracking each market, while also line shopping for you in real-time.

While some sportsbooks do offer futures markets for college football division winners, the betting handles they have reported to us are very small, and we have deemed them not worth tracking for now.

We also track the lone player award you can bet on in college football:

Though there is an award given out for the best player at basically every position, a few other top player awards, such as the Maxwell Award and Walter Camp Award, and some Coach of the Year awards in College Football, sportsbooks have only opened futures markets for the Heisman to this point. If we do see any sportsbook open up futures markets for other awards, we will start tracking those awards as well.
