Also definitely out for the Giants are LT Andrew Thomas (hamstring) and C John Michael Schmitz Jr (shoulder). Meanwhile, All-Pro RB Saquon Barkley (ankle), RT Evan Neal (ankle), and TE Darren Waller (groin) are all listed as questionable for this game.
On the defensive side of the football, the Giants are decimated at linebacker. Azeez Ojulari (ankle) was placed on IR this week. Jarrad Davis is already on IR with a season-ending knee injury. And ILB Micah McFadden (ankle) is carrying an injury designation of questionable.
Buffalo Bills Injury Report
Player-Position | Injury | Game Status |
---|---|---|
Dawson Knox-TE | Wrist | Questionable |
Dalton Kincaid-TE | Concussion | Questionable |
Dane Jackson-CB | Foot | Questionable |
Nyheim Hines-RB | Knee | Out |

Buffalo has been employing a 1-2 punch of Dawson Knox and Dalton Kincaid at TE. However, each is coming into this contest ailing. Knox (wrist) and Kincaid (concussion) were both limited in practice this week.
The Bills lost two key defensive players to IR this week. LB Matt Milano (leg) and DT DaQuan Jones (pectoral) will both miss at least the next four games.
On the other hand, Bills DE Greg Rousseau (foot), inactive in last week’s loss to Jacksonville, was a full participant in practice toward the end of the week. He recorded three sacks in his two previous games.
How Could Injuries Affect Giants vs Bills Betting Lines?
The impact of the absence of Jones under center for New York is already moving the needle on the point spread for this game. Buffalo opened as the 14.5-point home chalk. That’s lengthened by a half-point since it was confirmed that Jones was definitely out for this game. It’s also the largest spread offered on an NFL game thus far this season.
It’s a homecoming of sorts for Taylor. He was 44-43 as Buffalo’s QB1 from 2015-17.
There are serious depth issues for the Giants along the offensive line. That is cause for significant alarm, considering Buffalo is leading the NFL with 21 sacks.
The #Giants O-Line is decimated. Thomas, Peart, Neal, Schmitz, Lemieux and Mckethon all on the injury report. That means the challenge for guys like Josh Ezeudu will only get tougher against a Bills D that leads the NFL in sacks. pic.twitter.com/nPfvEvkJUE

With Schmitz out, backup C Shane Lemieux (groin) is questionable. Second-string tackle Matt Peart (shoulder) is also out. Joshua Ezeudu will be making his seventh career start and fifth of this season in place of Thomas at LT.
Meanwhile, not only is Barkley questionable, but backup RB Gary Brightwell (ankle) is also questionable. That might make Giants RB Matt Breida a bit of a curiosity in the Giants vs Bills player props.
For Buffalo, there are depth issues at LCB. Starter Tre’Davious White (Achilles) went on IR last week. Backup Dane Jackson (foot) is questionable for this game.
