Broncos vs Chiefs SGP Picks: Chiefs Alternate Spread
This AFC West rivalry has been completely dominated by Kanas City of late. The Chiefs have won each of the past 15 games including 27-24 and 34-28 wins last year. With the Broncos being fourth in the AFC West at 1-4 while the Chiefs are first at 4-1 this year, that streak looks primed to run to 16-0.
Offensively, these teams are actually very comparable this season. KC is ninth in PPG at 25.6, while Denver is right behind in tenth at 24.2. Russell Wilson hasn’t been the problem, ranking 12th in passing yards, while throwing 11 TDs and only two interceptions.
But defensively, there is a chasm between the teams. The Chiefs are only averaging 16 points per game against, good enough for fifth overall. Meanwhile, the Broncos come in dead last (32nd) in giving up an average of 36.2 PPG. The Broncos have given up 17, 35, 70, 28 and 31 points in their games so far. And that 31 came to an anemic offense run by Zach Wilson of the Jets.
Going on the road in primetime to face Patrick Mahomes and with the Broncos as 10.5-point underdogs, doesn’t seem like a time for this to improve. The Chiefs don’t often blow teams away, only one of their four wins have come by over eight points this this season, but surely they can cover -2.5 in our Broncos vs Chiefs same game parlay picks for TNF.

Broncos vs Chiefs SGP Picks: Isiah Pacheco
If you were to look at Isiah Pacheco’s combined rushing and receiving numbers this season they would look like this: 54 yards, 70, 78, 158 and 56.
Opponents have rushed against the Broncos with running backs a season-high 134 times. And that has resulted in them allowing a montrous 821 rushing yards to opposing running backs, far far more than even the team with the second-most yards allowed to the position, the Giants at 679.
But that’s just on the ground. Denver also allows the second-most receiving yards to running backs, only better than Chicago.
No team has given up more combined rushing and receiving touchdowns to running backs (12), than the Broncos either. The Panthers allow the second-most with nine. No team has given up more yards per game on the ground than Denver, giving up 187.6.
All of that, plus the fact that wind may be an issue tonight in KC affecting the passing game, and we could see a healthy dose of hand offs and dink and dunk passes to Pacheco. Let’s target his rushing and receiving total among the Broncos vs Chiefs props.

Broncos vs Chiefs SGP Picks: Rashee Rice Receiving Yards
Rookie Rashee Rice may be listed as a backup in the Chiefs depth chart, but he’s emerged as one of Patrick Mahomes’ more trusted targets.
Rice has the second-most targets (24), catches (17) and touchdowns (2) among Chiefs receivers behind Travis Kelce. His 173 yards are the third-most. Rice’s receiving yardage prop is set around 30 yards for TNF. But in our Broncos vs Chiefs same game parlay picks we’ll go for 25+. Hitting 25+ yards is something he’s done in 4/5 games this season.
With Kelce still a question in the Broncos vs Chiefs injury report, Mahomes may need to spread the ball around a bit more than usual and that surely means more looks for Rice.
- Broncos vs Chiefs Same Game Parlay Picks: Rashee Rice 25+ receiving yards
- 2023 SGP Record: 2-5; -2.15 units
