Khachanov vs Korda Betting Preview
In the first Grand Slam of the season, Khachanov is showing well. In addition to his semifinal appearance in the 2022 US Open where he eventually fell to Casper Ruud, Khachanov has also been in solid form leading up to Melbourne, making the quarters in both Adelaide tournaments.

As for the Aussie Open, he’s only dropped two sets in four matches thus far, even taking out No. 16 Frances Tiafoe in the third round. On Saturday, the 26-year-old dominated Nishioka, winning the first 14 games. After taking the opening two sets 6-0, 6-0, the Japanese international made Khachanov work in the third, forcing a tiebreaker. With the victory, Khachanov has reached the quarterfinals in all four Majors, becoming only the 50th man in the Open Era to do so.

Korda might only have one career title to his name, but the youngster is certainly trending in the right direction. In Adelaide, the Florida native beat Andy Murray, Jannik Sinner, Roberto Bautista Agut, and Nishioka before losing to Novak Djokovic in the finals. His confidence is sky high right now and that’s been evident in the Aussie Open.
In the third round, Korda eliminated No. 7 Daniil Medvedev in three straight sets with some absolutely flawless tennis. Hurkacz then presented a real challenge for the 22-year-old in the last 16, but Korda showed serious guts as the two exchanged blows.

The Pole won the first set before Korda took the next two. Hurkacz then stayed alive in the fourth with a 6-1 victory to force a decisive fifth which actually went to a tiebreaker. Korda prevailed 7-6 (10-7), finishing off his opponent with a backhand down the baseline.
Karen Khachanov vs Sebastian Korda Prediction
Khachanov’s only win over Korda actually came in the 2021 edition of Wimbledon, their only Grand Slam meeting. But I have to back the American here. He’s truly in the best form imaginable at the moment and should take care of the Russian.
Pick: Sebastian Korda to win (-136)
