It’s an exciting time to be a Bills fan.

After a statement win over the defending Super Bowl Champions on opening night, Josh Allen’s offense returns home. And there are bound to be some tables that won’t see kick-off in Buffalo.

Bills Mafia is pumped for the 2022 season. And now they move into Week 2 with a 1-0 record and a chance to avenge a last-second loss to these same Titans last year.

The Bills are favored over the Titans after Tennessee dropped Week 1 to the Giants. But the amazing thing may be the fact that Buffalo doesn’t even have the best NFL odds when it comes to Week 1’s games.

There are no favors when it comes NFL Public Betting either. Tennessee is getting faded, and faded hard.

Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs Lead Bills Offense

There are always questions coming into a new season about just how good a QB-WR combo can be. Regardless of their history.

But Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs put those questions to rest early against the Rams.

Allen threw for 297 yards and three TDs in Week 1, mixing in a team-high 56 yards on the ground. To go along with that, Diggs was un-guardable to the tune of a 8/122/1 night. That set up Allen nicely in the NFL MVP odds after a week.

Those results, not to mention what the rest of Buffalo’s offense did, are bad news for the Titans.

For the Giants, Daniel Jones came away with a pair of TDs and 188 through the air against Tennessee. He also ran for 25 yards, and led Sterling Shepard to a 2/71/1 return, and Richie James to a five-catch, 59 yard effort.

It’s not bad enough that the Bills do all the same things the Giants do, just better. But Buffalo was undoubtedly watching that Giants/Titans game because it was Brian Daboll’s head coaching debut. He, of course, is Allen’s old offensive coordinator.

Titans vs Bills Injury Report

For the Bills it isn’t a lengthy injury report heading into Monday night, but there is one that’s concerning.

Gabe Davis reportedly tweaked his ankle, creating a non-contact injury in practice over the weekend. Davis is one of the biggest risers both in fantasy and real life coming into 2022. But the Bill’s offense is equipped to handle it.

Week 2 Injury Report

The injury that stands out from an offensive standpoint for Tennessee is Dontrell Hilliard. Typically we wouldn’t give much thought to the man who spells Derrick Henry, but Hilliard was massive for the Titans in Week 1.

While he only ran twice for eight yards, he hauled in three receptions for 61 yards and two scores. Despite returning for the playoffs, Henry is obviously coming off of that foot injury last season. A second runner coming out of the backfield is always handy, so Monday night will likely be left to Henry.

He rumbled for 82 yards on 21 carries in Week 1.

Titans vs Bills Pick

This is a very different Titans team than the one that won 34-31 in Buffalo just under a year ago.

While his long-term impact wasn’t that great, Julio Jones had three catches for 59 yards that night. AJ Brown caught seven for 91 yards. In their place is Treylon Burks and Robert Woods.

Tennessee’s passing game is still adjusting, needless to say.

Buffalo will be rocking, especially with their team the favorite in the Super Bowl odds. Even a day full of rain and suspected thunderstorms won’t slow this offense down.

It’s a lot of points, but the Bills make a statement at home.
