The UFC is back at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, for UFC 266 on Saturday, September 25. The main event sees Alexander Volkanovski defending his featherweight title against Brian Ortega. The co-main event sees Valentina Shevchenko look to defend her flyweight strap again against Lauren Murphy. UFC 266 props are available at DraftKings, with a few lines offering great value.
We’ve already broken down the full UFC 266 card and found some value on some fighters. Although some of the main card is chalky as three fighters are above -200, there is some value on props. Let’s take a look at the props list below.
UFC 266 Props – Total Rounds Odds
Matchup | Total Rounds at DraftKings | Over Odds | Under Odds |
---|---|---|---|
Volkanovski vs Ortega | 4.5 | -130 | +100 |
Shevchenko vs Murphy | 2.5 | -125 | -105 |
Diaz vs Lawler | 3.5 | -165 | +135 |
Blaydes vs Rozenstruik | 1.5 | -160 | +130 |
Andrade vs Calvillo | 2.5 | -155 | +125 |
All odds as of Sept. 23
Shevchenko vs Murphy Under 2.5 Rounds
Valentina Shevchenko is a -1500 favorite, so a prop is the way to find value on her as I expect her to finish the fight. However, taking the under 2.5 rounds holds better value.
Shevchenko is dominant, and although Lauren Murphy has never been finished in her career, this is the fight she gets finished. We have seen fighters that have never been finished or hard to finish as she TKO’d Katlyn Chookagian in the third round. Moreover, she finished Andrade in the second round, who is very durable.
In her UFC career, Shevchenko lands 3.02 significant strikes per minute while Murphy absorbs 4.25 significant strikes per minute. Shevchenko will be able to piece her up on the feet and be able to wrestle and ground and pound her to get either a first or second-round TKO win. At -105 in the UFC 266 total rounds odds, this offers great value. Lock it in!
Pick: Shevchenko-Murphy Under 2.5 Rounds (-105)
UFC 266 Props – Fight Goes The Distance Odds

Shevchenko vs Murphy | +200 | -280 |
Diaz vs Lawler | -115 | -115 |
Blaydes vs Rozenstruik | +150 | -200 |
Andrade vs Calvillo | -125 | -105 |
Diaz vs Lawler Not to Go the Distance
Nick Diaz is making his return to the Octagon since 2015 and rematching Robbie Lawler, who he knocked out in 2004. The fight was supposed to be at welterweight (170-pounds), but on fight week, Diaz asked for the fight to be moved to middleweight (185-pounds) which is a concern as he likely would’ve missed weight.

Although Lawler is on a four-fight losing skid he has only fought the best of the best and Diaz at this time isn’t that. Footage then came out of him shadowboxing, and he did not look good at all as he looked slow. He did an interview where he admitted he doesn’t really want to fight and doesn’t know why he is doing this.

This is a very winnable fight where I think Lawler can KO Diaz as there is a rumor Diaz was KO’d in training camp, and when there’s smoke there is usually fire. Lawler should be able to KO Diaz but playing the fight doesn’t go the distance is a safer play as Diaz could pull off an upset and finish Lawler.
Pick: Diaz-Lawler Not to Go the Distance (-115)

Blaydes Wins By KO/TKO/DQ
Curtis Blaydes has a ton of pressure on him entering this fight and I think he not only beats Jairzinho Rozenstruik but finishes him.
Blaydes should be able to take Rozenstruik down, and when he does, he will use his vicious ground and pound to get a TKO win. Although “Razor” is known as a wrestler, he doesn’t hold opponents down, instead, he looks for the finish, and off his back, Rozenstruik leaves a lot to be desired. Blaydes will be able to find the stoppage, and at +120 in the method of victory odds at DraftKings, it’s a great spot.
Pick: Blaydes wins by KO/TKO/DQ (+120)
