Legacy Fighting Alliance is back in Park City, Kansas on Friday, February 12, 2021, for LFA 99.
In the main event, Myron Dennis battles Fabio Cherant for the vacant light heavyweight title. The co-main event sees a very intriguing lightweight fight as Brant Moore takes on Ago Huskic.

Who Becomes the New Champ?
Fabio Cherant already had a shot at the UFC but lost by TKO to Aleksa Camur on the Contender Series in 2019. Myron Dennis, meanwhile, was on The Ultimate Fighter 23 and a Glory kickboxer.
Dennis & Cherant Recent Fights
Dylan Potter, win by split decision | Fight 1 | Yu Ji, win by decision |
Patrick Martin, win by decision | Fight 2 | Erick Murray Jr., win by submission |
Rob Morrow, win by split decision | Fight 3 | Aleksa Camur, loss by TKO |
Ryan Spann, loss by TKO | Fight 4 | Ron Marshall, win by submission |
Both Myron Dennis and Fabio Cherant are phenomenal strikers, but there is no question Cherant is the better grappler. Dennis has several fights in Glory kickboxing but has been focusing on MMA more consistently as he looks to try and get to the UFC.
Regardless of who ends up getting their hand raised, it is likely the winner will either get a shot on the Contender Series this summer or a deal in the UFC or Bellator.
Dennis vs Cherant Stats
31 | Age | 26 |
6’2″ | Height | 6’1″ |
N/A | Reach | 76″ |

Early on in the fight, I expect Myron Dennis to use some leg kicks and try and slow down Cherant who has some good footwork and needs his legs in order to shoot for takedowns. After taking some shots, Cherant should shoot for some takedowns but will have some problems getting Dennis down.
I do think Dennis will win the first and probably the second round, but the longer the fight goes, the more it favors Fabio Cherant. Eventually, in the third round, Cherant will get the fight down to the ground and start landing some heavy ground and pound and either get the TKO or get ahold of the neck and get a submission win.
Pick: Fabio Cherant (-125)
Other LFA 99 Picks:
- Brant Moore (-280): Brant Moore is the real deal and should be able to control Huskic on the ground and earn a submission win.
- Fernando Padilla (+125): Fernando Padilla has fought some high-level competition, and I like him to get Richardson down and get a submission win.
- Cody Brundage (-225): Brundage is coming off a loss on the Contender Series, and this is a favorable matchup to get his hand raised. He should be able to land some heavy shots and get the TKO win.
- Valerie Soto (-300): Soto should be able to mix in her striking and grappling to win a decision, but -300 is a bit too high for me.
